I bought a brand new Mitsubishi FUZO truck about 2 months ago, it has 1200 miles on it and it died on us a week ago, the truck was towed to an authorized Mitsubishi service center, and we have been waiting for almost a week for the corporate office to approve under warranty repairs, we bought a brand new truck so we can have peace in mind for our delivery and, so much for relying on a new truck, we are losing money, my customers get upset with me. I am not happy with the situation.

Dont buy a mitsubishi. Their customer service is terrible and their transmissions have catostraphic issues by 30000 miles. Not durable. This is the only mitsubishi i will ever own.

I bought a Outlander GT 2014 and the sales and finance team over charge me. When I ask why you lie to me their response was sorry you sign the contract. It is fraudulent transaction. I am extremely unhappy customers. The corporate office also refuse to help it is a joke very bad customer service. There is nothing they offer I can not believe how car sales man and dealer finance rip customers off. I do not think Mitsubishi have customer service department, who can really can help customers.
