Chad & his assistant Tom were very professional & considerate as they cleaned our ducts & furnace. They were on time & they explained in detail what they would be doing. I had to leave before they were done so they did a review with my wife as to what they did. Very personable. I'm glad we used this company. Had another company when we lived on the south side of Indy & they were not nearly as professional.
I Thank Tim did a excellent job in cleaning my air ducts and vents. He was very polite and did a great job in explaining the process and procedure that was to be done. I didn't have to do any cleaning up after he left.
Tim M was fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly, did a great job, and was very polite/professional. He even saved me some money: we had planned on having our dryer vent cleaned as part of our service, but he said that the vent we had wasn't worth paying the extra money to have cleaned. Tim said it was easier, and cheaper, just to replace the tubing. I did not expect this and was very appreciative.
Tim did an excellent job that I would consider out of the ordinary and difficult.
Tim showed up promptly, explained the process and went to work. I very much appreciated that he protected my hardwood floors and carpet. I had no cleanup after he left! He did a great job! I will use this service again in the future.
Tim was super punctual and polite. He thoroughly explained the procedure to me and took special car with out three cats. In all it was a pleasant experience and even though the process was going to take awhile it still went quickly. The best of all is I could tell immediately afterwards that our interior air quality had improved substantially and being an asthmatic this was very much appreciated.
