Tim explained everything that he was going to do, so gracious and so funny. We had laughs about stuff he found in the ducts. He provided the best service a company could ask from their employee. I highly recommend this guy and company if you are looking for this type of service.
Tim was AWESOME!! Explained everything in detail what his plan of attack was, lol and what his process would be. Chad did a great job on our duct cleaning today, he was knowledgeable, personable, and professional!
