It was a pleasure having Tim to my home today to clean the ducts. This was the first experience I've had with duct cleaning and Tim was a total pro. He took the time to explain the process to me and showed me some "behind the scenes" steps he takes to ensure the job is done right. It was unbelievable how much dust and debris had accumulated in the ductwork, the dryer vent especially! The pricing was totally upfront with ZERO high pressure sales. Chad was our technician and a very likable guy. He informed us before starting what was going to take place and kept us informed all the way thru to completion. Very clean and had special "booties" to wear so as to not get the floors scuffed or dirty. He was very professional and easy to talk with. Chad, you are welcome in our home any time for coffee or iced tea.
Great company honest fair price and great employees
Vicky in the main office was very accommodating when scheduling my appointment for the next day. She actually called me to let me know that Thomas had time to clean my dryer vents the same day! Thomas showed up on time, was professional & pleasant to talk to...And he did a great job! Reasonably priced! I have already scheduled an appointment next year for air duct & dryer vent cleaning! I highly recommend Mute-E-Ducts!!
