Recommendedfast, fair and honest. Just had my frontend alignment done there. very happy with service and the honesty. will go back for any other work that needs to done.
Took a tire in to have a leaking valve stem replaced that had a sensor asked if they replaced with a sensor and they said yes after I left the tire light was still on I took to a different shop they put a valve stem with no sensor after the other shop put sensor in I've had no problems. I wouldn't recommend if that is the way they do business.
I definitely will refer my friends and family to Mitchem! Good people, went the extra mile! Thank you!
My husband had the tire sensor on our Crown Vic replaced here 4/8/18. The service was excellent and we only had to wait a few minutes. The cost was very reasonable! If you have experienced sticker shock for this service elsewhere, I highly recommend Mitchem Tire and Wheel
I had my 2nd visit here today to fix a TPMS sensor and get an alignment and have nothing but good things to say about these guys. They did what they said they were going to and everyone was extremely nice. I will be recommending these guys for alignments from now on. Thanks!
