I went in to get my hair highlighted at the Kenwood location by a "salon director" and paid $140. My highlights turned out chunky and spotted throughout my hair. The stylist didn't even touch the back of my head and most of my highlights were uneven and miscolored. So I had to go in the next day to have someone else fix it, and they Ctually made it worse. Go elsewhere!! – I do not recommend Mitchell's in West Chester! I spent a year growing my hair out and just had it cut by the person I've been going to for several months. Worst haircut I've ever had and she totally disregarded what I told her I wanted done. I wanted 2 inches taken off the back so I could still pull it back. Horrible Prom Make-up – Sent my daughter in by herself because I was working. Bad move. Her face had spots where the applicant rested her hand on her face and left lighter marks, smears in mascara, dark circles not covered. She wanted "smokey eyes" and there is barely any make up on. Is it Really Worth it? – I got an appointment with a salon director there, in hopes of getting a quality haircut, even though It is kind of pricey treat... She had a great personality ans everyone is nice, but 2 days later, when I washed my hair I began to notice that my layers are all uneven and my bangs are just plain assymetrical and the whole cut is very poorly executed. Don't waste your money – Way too expensive. Double the price of everyone else! Call center is a joke. Triple check your appointment because you probably don't even have one!

Ruined mother's day. Thanks Mitchells – I have been going to the Kenwood location for a few years, dropping a couple thousand every year. Then I discovered that the rookwood location is a lot closer to my home, so I have made an appointment with the salon to treat my best friend's mom for mother's day. We made appointment 2 weeks prior to going in, and they told us if we want to cancel they would like a 24 hour notice. No problem. Well worth the money! – I've been going to Mitchell's for over 6 years for my hair, nails and massages. I can honestly say that I've never had a bad service. The staff is always top notch. They are a little pricey but always worth it!
