Left a message inquiring about routine water heater maintenance on a Friday midday; the call was returned the following Tuesday afternoon. This is actually better than average performance by area contractors, most of whom don't return calls at all. But by Tuesday afternoon I'd contracted with a competitor.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism from Mitchell’s. They were highly recommended on the Windsor Town Watch Facebook board, so I had high hopes. We rearranged work schedules specifically to meet them for a 5:00 PM appointment, yet no one showed up and we received zero communication—no call and no response to my follow-up message. This has unfortunately become a pattern with several plumbing businesses in Northern Colorado.
Love this company! We live in Windsor and they always drop everything to fix our problems. Don't understand the 1 star review, must be competition...we rate these guys 5 stars all the way.
Excellent service! In the day that people are just a number, you get to go back to the time when customers were valued and treated with respect and kindness. I highly recommend them!
