What a breath of fresh COOL air! This is after having one HVAC team out and being told to replace our AC unit along with a large amount of freon (our freon levels were FINE). We also received NO RESPONSE from the company who we have had a relationship with for 12 years paying their VERY PRICEY maintenance program (They installed the system). All the employees I have had contact with have been amazing. I just purchased the house and the previous owner did not disclose there was a leak in the system. Mitchell’s was the company that was servicing the AC for a couple of years. They were able to give me the information I need to make the best decision for out home. Cory came out and refilled the coolant so we would have some relief from the heat while we get our new unit ordered and installed. I have to begin by saying that when I called I smiled when the receptionist answered the phone because she sounds so happy to be of assistance. I like that I was called by Brian to let me know when he would be here. I was sent a picture of him, and some background on him so I would know for sure who to expect. He explained everything he was going to check and why. He made clear the things that needed to be done, and choices were provided. I have A/C now, and it feels great.
