This is my second time using one hour heating and specifically Robert Ditzler. He is incredibly professional and each time the work has been explained to me before he does it and during the service ensuring that I understand the repair or maintenance. He’s friendly and you can tell he takes a great deal of pride in his work. I will not use another company after having such a good experience and I’ve used many companies often only once or begrudgingly a second time. It’s so refreshing to have a company I can trust. Just replaced our furnace and air conditioner yesterday. Our salesperson Rachel was knowledgeable, and the installers Tyler and Jim were clean and professional.
