RecommendedI have had great service from One Hour over the past several years. The staff is always pleasant and professional, on the phone and in person. Brian did my A/C tune up today and was on time, polite, professional, and very thorough in answering any questions I had. Definitely recommend them!
Cory was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and was very personable, courteous. Cory wore his mask in the house and did social distancing while outside. Thank you Mitchell's for making this a great experience during these trying times

Today Dan showed up EARLIER than expected for our visit. Dan presented with a good attitude and a readiness to work. Dan trouble shot our issue and preformed the anticipated havoc maintenance. He was fast w a laugh and simply IS three epitome of OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Reps like Dan are why customers repeatedly choose this business. I lanticipate he is recognized and appreciated for the positive reputation he helps continue.
Always professional, kind and trustworthy. Danny was out to our home 3 times due to issues with our a.c. He is very knowledgeable and hard working. Would recommend One Hour to anyone having heating and cooling issues.
