I’m not satisfied poor customer service
Just want to send a quick shout out to Mitchell’s Modesto Harley-Davidson. Had a little mixup with missing parts from a recent service. Stopped by the shop unannounced and without an appointment, talked to Parts, talked to Service, problem solved! My issue was solved and parts installed all within 30 minutes! Big thanks to Eric in Service and all the guys in Parks & Service! 😃👍🏽
