I've not had any problem with their service or parts departments. However the sales department has missed out on 2 opportunities to sell me a bike due to sexism, racism or both. Both times they didn't take me seriously. I know others who have had similar experiences. Luckily, there are plenty of other Harley dealerships in Northern California who don't care what you look like, as long as your money is green!

I can not recommend this dealership for any service at all there customer service is horrible I have made several calls to the general manager requesting a call back about poor service no return call I also called Harley customer service and they have requested a call from the general manager no response I recommend the short drive to Folsom or Livermore
