I needed some help with a watch, and was prepared to turn around if this business wasn’t following proper covid protocol, but they get 10/10. Ryan adjusted my watch for me even though I didn’t buy it there and was very gracious.
I was rudely turned away from Kay’s jewelers because they couldn’t put my pearl ring into their cleaning machine before my wedding and they made me feel stupid for not knowing I had to come in two months to the wedding because they now didn’t have time to replace the stones. Shannon, along with the rest of the staff, were extremely friendly and helpful.
