I called around everywhere looking to get something engraved, the prices & the attitude I got from people... I was just not happy! I called Mitchell's Jewelers & they were the nicest people on the phone & answering all my questions without getting frustrated. They told me to bring it in to let them look at it. I was helped by everyone in the store. Was looking for the perfect gift for my daughter’s college graduation gift. Mitchell’s was so helpful in picking out the perfect gift. I also had a pendant that she received for her high school graduation switch to white gold. So thankful to have a business that truly cares about customer service and that you are important to them.
