Came here for my birthday and had wonderful taste bud experience. First I mean I've tried lobster Mac and cheese, large chunks of lobster . It won't be the last. Crab cakes were delightful.
Everything was absolutely delicious! The service was excellent and just an awesome experience!
The food here is generally good, that wasn't the problem, the service was extremely slow on a busy Saturday night, close to a hour and a half from the time we walked through the door until the time my entree arrived at the table. And I wouldn't blame the staff for this, would be inclined to blame the management. We've had better service in the past, though it was never at a peak time, would definitely avoid this place during peak hours.
Food was not good! I sent the shrimp and scallops back (which I rarely do), came back just as bad!! Chewy and rubbery. Wait staff was great, however! Bummed about the food. Manager was told but nothing was done to change it. �
Because I was black nobody wanted to seat me and my boyfriend because they assumed we weren't going to tip. Good food though
I don't understand when you go to Mitchell's and ask for a booth, they will tell you that there are none available. However, as they are showing you to your table, you pass by several empty booths, and the booths remain empty during the whole time we were eating. Not all the booths were filled and we were told they were not available. This has happen on at least three occasions that I have dinned there.
