Assume they were having a bad day. Ordered the steak and a lobster tail. Both were cold. So I asked for a warm dinner, since it was $50. The server said she would have a new one made promptly and took it away. She returned 10 minutes later with a plate, a cautioned me to be careful of the hot plate. The steak was steaming. And was now med well and not med rare. And IT WAS THE SAME STEAK! THEY HAD JUST MICROWAVED IT. I know it was the same due to the cuts I made in it to be sure it was med rare the first time. Stop in around 4 pm on a Friday.. our waitress was a charming helpful girl (who looked like Jada Pinket Smith) she and I were talking salmon. So many good wild caught on the menu... she said 2 servings of Sock Eye Salmon left from the day before. We said we'll have it! We had it with the Ginger Crust with veggies. It was truly amazing. I asked for well done, it melted in our mouths. So FRESH AND LOVELY! I buy Sock Eye and never had it this good. Best meal we've had in months.
