We set up two consultation calls with Michell & West. We were told the lawyer would call us on the designated date and time. When we didn't receive a call at the appointment time, I checked with the office and they said they would get back to me-- they never did. I called back and was told the lawyer must have gotten held up in court. I called back to reschedule ( they should have offered to reschedule or called me to do so) and and the same thing happened-- no one called at the scheduled time.
