Mr Harper is by the first Attorney that comes to mind anytime I hear of someone who may need one! He doesn't just treat you like a number, he treats you like a person. Never has been judgemental, and has always kept me well informed on what's to come. I am beyond blessed to have went threw a few years together with somebody who knows their stuff,and really does what's best for the client! Would recommend him time and time again!
