The absolutely WORSE dental office!!! DO NOT go there... the entrance to the building is disgusting and looks broken down! You get put on hold FOREVER to try and make appointments - the front desk is rude and the service is abhorrent! Mirabel, the so called" manager should be FIRED! She does not return phone calls and is a horrible manager! I went in for a bridge in November and didnt get it resolved until March. From the moment I entered Mitchell St. Dental I felt welcomed. From their friendly staff to their knowledgeable practitioners I felt I was in good hands. Shay brought me back, took x-rays (the first time in my life I had painless dental x-rays!) and got everything ready for my visit. I met with Dr. Parvez who took the time to thoroughly explain my options and gave me time to make a decision. I felt immediately as though he had my best treatment plan in mind.
