From the time we called to figure out the issue with our old unit (15 yr old) to the installation of our new units, the Mitchell team was responsive and courteous. Great customer service and follow up! When our old downstairs unit died, they worked hard to get us a portable AC unit during the Memorial weekend heat wave. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough great things about Mitchell Heating & Cooling! They are fantastic. Had a heat pump on the fritz and not able to keep up with these high temps. Angelo came out within 2 hours of our call, gave a quick, and honest assessment, provided all of our options, and discussed all possibilities with me. With a probable new heat pump needed, he even came back an hour later with portable AC units to help us survive the high temps while we wait to have a new system installed. I made the call to Mitchell Heating and Cooling and they arrived the next morning at 8:45 am, and resolved in a blink of an eye.
