You sold us a very expensive hvac unit in which there is a part that consistently fails called TXV valve , in fact there is a class action suit that was issued against trane about this valve and you sold us this unit during the time in which these problems started and to this day, continue , shame on you and you sent a service technician out here to my house to do my semi annual check up and this part this failed on my unit which is exactly the one involved in the lawsuit. you never informed us of this part failure you never... read more

This company is the best. Angelo saved my day today by checking my ac unit that another company failed to do and then wanted to charge me again to come see what they missed just a day earlier... such a nice company and very quick response.
