Dr Porkorny and his MA Heather are a caring and professional team. He has provided me with attentive and professional care as we have navigated through my myriad of sinus problems. I am confident in his abilities and pleased to unequivocally recommend him.
Dr.Mitchell is a heck of a great Dr. and surgeon. Had tongue cancer which he did good job of takin out the cancer, and a neck dissection 44 lymph nodes. The Doctor is a straight shooter and tells it to in simple terms so you understand. Staff is very accommodating and gets back to me on questions and follow up.
Dr. Pokorny performed a septoplasty and turbinate reduction for me a couple weeks ago. The outcome has far exceeded my expectations. The staff at Spokane ENT were prompt, professional and excellent communicators. And Dr. Pokorny has been direct and unfettered by irrelevant distractions during our interactions. I am thankful that I found him and would recommend him to anyone that asked.
Dr Brian Mitchell is an excellent surgeon and a kind and caring physician. He is honest and upfront and will tell you the the full extent of your condition. He had to do massive surgery on me (10 plus hours) and got me thru without a glitch. I highly recommend him, without reservation
Dr. Bax has done at least 4 surgeries on mye for different issues (one ER after ambulance transport, 2 scheduled & 1 in hospital after a life flight transport) . I am very satisfied with him as a highly capable surgeon, he has always answered my questions & his staff is fair to good with return calls(busy I am sure) & if I ever felt I needed more time for him to explain he always did so. He saved my life on the ER transports & I strongly recommend him.
I was very happy with my experience with Dr. Pokorny. I felt that he provided very good information about my procedure and he did not appear condescending in answering my questions. He was very late for one of my appointments because he was dealing with a medical/surgical emergency. I was not bothered by this.....I, too work in the health care industry and understand that emergencies can and do occur. I have been delayed in seeing my own patients because of an emergency....it just happen....
Dr. Bax together with Dr Juviler performed an extremely difficult procedure on my brother and were successful beyond our wildest hopes. He was so personable and helpful explaining the procedure and kind to our family.
excellent surgeon
My initial visit with the doctor went good. Told me he was going to have some tests done so he could get to the bottom of my issues. First had an Upper GI, waited for results, finally called them, they forgot to call me. Then went in for CT Scan. Called 2 days later. They got the results. Was told I had to wait for a call from the doctor. Called 5 times, still no call. Went to Inland Imaging and got my results after 2 weeks of stressing about it. Not happy at all.
