No follow through with setting up surgery. Came across as pretty arrogant. Plus they made me get a hearing test prior to even scheduling the appt. then no one even looked at the results. I guess Multicare doesn't need my business and they definitely won't get it if at all possible. Sayno

Dr. Mitchell is knowledgeable and compassionate, he thought of questions that I hadn't thought of and discussed those with me. I'm so grateful. I'm changing insurance plans but I'm making sure that Dr. Mitchell is in-network.
