Mitchell & Associate inc is the worst company to rent from in Savannah Ga. I lived in the house for three years my rent never been late and never been a problem tenant. Rent is due on the first. I wrote him a letter and called him to let him know my rent is going be late on the 2 he went down to the courthouse to file for an eviction only for one day, anything in the house "does not" gets fix on time, my toilet was broken for four days and mold in the ceiling of the bathroom and he "did not" come till the next week to fix th... read more
