We have used Mitchell Air Systems for any HVAC problems since we moved In our home 16 yrs ago. I want to commend them on quick, professional and extremely courteous service. They go out of their way to fix your problem quickly and have such great attitudes even when they’ve worked multi hour days. Thank you to Janet and Wayne - we so appreciate your service. Ellen Thomas
avoid at all circumstances – Poor, poor customer service, never returned phone calls, never showed up for any set appointments (3 out of 3 times). I took off work for nobody to even show up that day or even speak with me after an appointment was set 3 days prior. I had to go as far as to get a hotel since it took over 3 weeks, and it is still 93 degrees in my house! no answer for you but to never use this company!!
