Everyone was so nice and explained everything greatly.
I received all the instructions in writing. They made it very easy to order my prep kit. Send me step by step directions via email leading up to the date of the procedure. Check in was quick and the staff was friendly. Joan my RN was extremely nice and informative. The procedure was started on time. Dr. Schreiner was professional and explained the process. Staff and Doctor were knowledgeable and friendly. The procedures were accomplished in a good time frame. I appreciated the post -op pictures and notes. My only suggestion is that when extra procedures are done during a colonoscopy, there should be extra instructions on what to expect discomfort wise. The hand out was kind of generic and not specific in my case. This does not change a five star review and i would not hesitate to recommend the Doctor or facility to anyone.
The entire staff, nurses, and physicians were all exceedingly polite and accommodating.
Great sense of humor. Made a not so pleasant procedure a relatively good experience. Highly recommend him as well as the facility.
Dr. Schreiner is very personable and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and I felt at ease. I am very happy with Dr. Schreiner and my care at Southwest Gastroenterology.
I was left without a doctor since my original doctor retired. because I was not notified of my doctors retirement when I got sick I was between a rock and a hard place not having medical help. Dr Schreiner worked me in to his full schedule and treated me. I will always be grateful for hi caring.
