Procedures went well, staff was polite. Overall happy with my experience.
I found Dr. Schreiner to be calming and reassuring, taking the time to answer questions. He explains all aspects succinctly and in a calm manner.
We never saw the doctor because of the tyrannical, controlling front staff. For the last 2 years we have been FORCD TO FOLLOW THE CDC GUIDELINES. The CDC lifted all mandates & yet your office has decided that not only do we have to wear face diapers, but you REQUIRE a person to accompany the patient. When we got there, THEN WE WERE TOLD THE PERSON YOU REQUIRED TO BE THERE HAS TO WAIT OUTSIDE!!! In 30 degree weather??? We were not even given the courtesy of being informed BEFORE we arrived. Excellent experience with Dr Schreiner and Southwest Gastroenterology for colonoscopy. All staff professional and capable as well as “good bedside manner”. I highly recommend Dr Schreiner and Southwest Gastroenterology Associates. The process was seamless.

I was very impressed with how patient-friendly the office was. They were very organized, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole experience. Dr. Schreiner was kind, professional, and answered all my questions.
It was very pleasant. Everyone from the receptionist, nurses, doctor and anesthesiologist were friendly, helpful and professional. They all get 5 stars.

This week was my second colonoscopy at Southwest Gastroenterology Associates, my first with Doctor Schreiner. Based on this and the previous experience, I have the utmost confidence in Doctor Schreiner, and the entire staff there.
