The staff were very prompt and organized. I was well taken care of. Dr. Schreiner was professional and explained the procedure and outcome very well .
Dr. Schreiner is an expert in his field. He is patient (with me). Answers questions, is thorough. Explains things in a way that I understand and is helpful to me.
Dr. Shreiner is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and very punctual. I highly recommend him, Southwest Endoscopy Center as well as all the staff!! From the moment you walk in the door until you're walked out the door everyone is wonderful!
All went well- no problems.
Dr. Schreiner visits with the patient before the procedure and explains what will happen. Dr. Schreiner talks with the patient about the results and when to return for follow-up.
I had my procedure at 7a, which started on time. All the staff are welcoming and made sure i was comfortable and well informed. the doc visit pre-procedure was reassuring. They have a great team.
The doctor was efficient, and helped me understand the MRI report that he had received.
Excellent care, doc is highly intelligent and knows more about gut problems than anyone I've seen
