I've had a good experience at the BBDowns store – I've had a number of laptops fixed here and rely on Jeremy to steer me in the right direction. Haven't been disappointed. Also purchased a laptop from MIT that was configured to meet my needs. Not sure about the negative review I read. That has not been my experience at all.

I left my computer to be repaired. I was late in picking it up. I let them know that I was having some money problems and to hold it for a little while. Well, without a warning they sold my computer!!!! They told me too bad and to read the contract. BEWARE! DON'T USE THEM!

STAY AWAY FROM MIT COMPUTERS!!!! – This is the worst company I have ever delt with. I dropped off my computer to have some work done on it. After it was finished(10 days), I ran into some money issues. I had told them I wanted to pay for it but had to wait a little while because I was tight on money. To my surprise, they recycled my computer! They basically stole my computer and sold it off. Jeremy said his contract allows for this after 30 days. I told Jeremy that I was going to file a complaint, and he said "I don't care".... read more

Horrible customer service – Extremely rude personnel. Unknowlegeable and unhelpfull. Go anywhere but here!!!

Rude horrible service!! – I checked in my computer for repair on 1/3/11 and after a week decided to walk in and saw my computer on the check in shelf still. I asked the sales guy (Mike) why it was taking long and he said it was currently being looked at. I then told him I saw it on the shelf and asked why he said that. I asked for the manager and he said he was. After two lies I asked for my computer back. He then said quote "jesus f'n christ man" grabbed my computer and shoved it to me and said never come back. Very Reliable – Customer service was exceptionally good! Answer all questions I had about the issues i was having with my laptop. The turnaround time is a plus too....Keep up the good work!!!

Awesome Service – It's a friendly environment from the moment you walk into the door. Not only do the techs tell you the issue with your equipment but they suggest different ways they can fix your equipment without the feelings of being jerked around. Service turn out is very quick too!
