My first computer got several viruses thanks to my son and also I got a phone call from a fake computer specialist saying that he was from Microsoft and I needed to pay $300 to resolve my problem. I hang up and I searched for local assistance and I contacted Mit Computers ( New Tampa) . The worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Not only was I completely ignored at every attempt to contact their headquarters about the problem I was encountering but they kept redirecting me to the person causing my distress. The New Tampa store person took my phone for a conversion to color in November and I did not receive it back for about a month. MIT Computers - Simply the Best! – Besides the Hardware that you can get anywhere, 'depending of how much you have in your pocket' the best thing is how they treated you, they tried to please me with everything that I asked for, and believe me that 's a lot, and you know what, they succeed!! People that you can trust!!

The BEST ever, fast reliable honest service – I went to MIt computers completely frustrated and had no idea how to resolve my problems. Jeremy was more then helpful in providing a proper solution to address ALL of my issues for me and now I am happier then ever !!!!! I will not trust anyone else to provide my solutions, and now they are repairing cell phones now too, hopefully I wont need it but if I do i am sure they will do the right thing for the right price !

MIT was a great experience – MIT Computers was terrific. After CompUSA installed a videocard and power supply my cpu was rattled with problems. Jeremy is very helpful and gave me many options. My CPU is working great and smooth, I will never go anywhere else.

great place – I thought I had issues with my computer, but Jeremy checked it out and found nothing wrong with it. He could have told me anything and I would have paid the bill, but there was no charge. Come to find out, it was a problem with my Brighthouse modem. I will be back if I ever have any computer problems.

MIT Computers - Simply the Best! – MIT is simply the best! I've been a customer for a few years now, and they know the value of old fashioned customer service. A fact that has been lost on many individuals and businesses these days. Bring your computer in with the utmost confidence of a job well done...expedient too.

Cool Service Straight Forward Answers. – I took my laptop south of the border and had some work done while I was on vacation. After the work was done I noticed that the tool bars were in Spanish...! I went to MIT to change back to English menus and had quick service and in just few minutes they took care of me. More than once I've taken my computer for service to MIT and Jeremy has always been friendly and professional. I also learn more about my computer every time I talk to MIT. Thanks guys...!
