Misty was FABULOUS! Always kept us in the loop, returning texts and calls super quickly. She had our property professionally droned TWICE (because when we listed in early spring the grass was brown, but grass turned green in late spring). Misty advertised our listing online, showed our property numerous times, followed up great with every potential buyer, and quickly became an expert in the local foothills area. We'd honestly rate Misty a 20, but 10 is as high as this rating system goes.

I can hardly say enough great things about Misty Burns. From the start her market analysis, advertising campaign and suggestions were very helpful toward the sale of our home. Misty went above and beyond to get my place sold for a fair price. We lived out of town from the home we recently sold. Misty arraigned maintenance and handyman work, met them at the house, and ensure all work was completed as expected. We sold at a time when home prices changed from week to week.
