Jeremy and DJ came out and did some repairs we needed at our house today. We had a very urgent issue that they resolved so quickly and they communicated well with us through the process. Very happy with both their skills and service. 10/10 would recommend
This was a very difficult service call and the two technicians that worked out the kinks Tyler and Jaidyn stuck with it until they found the problem. They were very professional, efficient, and effective. My wife was especially happy that they consistently wore their booties without fail. Everything they came across that needed replacement, was brought to my attention for approval and I was given an estimate for the job upfront and they stuck to it for the diagnostic as well. Michael was exceptional, fast service, and directly to the point.
Called and a technician came that afternoon. Checked a few things, discovered the problem and fixed it within a few minutes. Tyler walked me through some other electrical issues to consider. I would highly recommend Mr. Sparky and Tyler.
