I buy local whenever I can due to superior sales and service. Mister Sew & Vac has been servicing my 28 year old Nelco sewing machine, and my vacuum cleaners since I moved to Pitman in 1998. They have skilled technicians and can get any part necessary for a reasonable price. You can also buy new, and they offer great guarantees. most helpful staff. has everything you need. i needed my vacuum fixed. another place told me it was shot. mister sew-vac said it was a belt and fixed it on the spot for $5. very honest people.

Good people Great Service – Have purchased new items here and have taken items in for repair for many, many years. Always friendly and have found the staff to be very knowledgeable.

Not a good place... – After dropping off my steam cleaner to be looked at and told that nothing would be done without my ok, I actually had to contact them over a week later to find out what was going on. I was then told that it was ready and I had to ask what was wrong. I was told that there was a clogged line and it was fixed and owed them money!!! It isn't about the money but the fact it was done without my knowing. I just picked it up and they left the dirty water they used in it!!! EWE!!!! I am still amazed at how this ... read more

My brothers and sisters have all used Mister Sew Vac at one time or another for years, and each and every time were satisified with the staff and products. We actually tried out a number of recomended vacs for free for a few days each before picking the one to buy. Sewing machines, vacs, floor scrubbers etc they have them all and can tell you or even show you how to properly use them. Great staff, products and solutions that work, kid friendly. Mister Sew-Vac Great place to go for your old or new vacuum service or parts. I usually just have to by a belt now and then, but have had my old carpet cleaner serviced. Parking is a problem but its not too bad of a walk.
