RecommendedI bought a vacuum at Christmas for my daughter from Mr. Sew Vac and happened to use it the other day for the first time. (She normally is the one to use this vacuum, I have a different brand one) it was so wonderful I went down and bought myself one. I am thankful for a well stocked store with a knowledgeable and personal experience. Mr. Sew Vac is awesome. They repaired a burnt motor on a vaccume for me and its the only place I go for sewing machine parts. Employees are always a huge help and very knowledgeable.

Love this place. I have my grandmothers Pfaff from 1960’s. Was having issue adjusting tension and they were able to walk me through correction, explain how to correct going forward and gave me some tips in keeping this gem going for years. Well worth the drive from our home at the shore. Above and beyond customer service experience

Best Kept Embroiderer's Secret! I hesitated to make this post mainly because I wanted to keep Mr Sew Vac in my back pocket. But, I do feel its important to give credit where it's due. You see, we purchased an old EMP6 (large 6 needle embroidery machine) second hand that was way worse off than we bargained for. We drove from its previous owner to Mr Sew Vac to have it serviced. I'm making masks for essential workers, family, and friends. last Saturday afternoon, my machine broke. I started to panic because although I had made over 200, I had many more orders ahead. Ron told me to bring it in, and he would try to fix it on the spot. That's exactly what he did! Within a few minutes, Ron had me up and moving again with my machine. During this busy and stressful time, Ron stopped what he was doing to help me. Thank you so much Ron!!!!
