I'm making masks for essential workers, family, and friends. last Saturday afternoon, my machine broke. I started to panic because although I had made over 200, I had many more orders ahead. Ron told me to bring it in, and he would try to fix it on the spot. That's exactly what he did! Within a few minutes, Ron had me up and moving again with my machine. During this busy and stressful time, Ron stopped what he was doing to help me. Thank you so much Ron!!!!

I brought in 3 sewing machines today and Ron was very nice looked over them and explained what I was doing wrong ( using the wrong bobbin) after that he checked that the machines are running properly.. I purchased a few missing parts and was on my way. I cant say enough how well I was treated along with the 6 other people who came in during this time frame with vacuum machines. I highly recommend Mister Sew Vac
