Was having issues with my old sewing machine. Finally took her over to Mister Sew-Vac in Pitman. Was dreading a lengthy repair seperation (I have Christmas gifts to sew!). Nope. The awesome gentleman behind the counter took a look, made some tweaks and 5 minutes and $5 later my girl was up and running again. Awesome small business, excellent service, will definitely be returning post-holiday for a full tune up.

Our vacuum finally bit the dust (get it?), so we were in the market for a new unit that would last us for years to come. Knowing absolutely nothing about vacuums, Dean took time and explained the differences between all of the models and helped us make a decision based on our needs and budget. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with us. We picked up our new vacuum today! Thanks for all the help!

Many months ago we purchased a Simplicity Vacuum. Our salesman was quite the expert! Even told some jokes! I love this vacuum! Powerful and with the longest cord I ever saw! We also bought a new Pfaff sewing machine...love it! Great service and definitely friendly! Thank you !!

I just bought the sewing machine of my dreams yesterday: a used Elna 7200. Ron refurbished it beautifully; it runs like it's brand new. Thanks so much to Ron and his staff for fielding all of my phone calls and visits as I made my decision. Great service, great staff, excellent price AND a 1 year warranty. SO happy!
I couldn't be more pleased. I brought my machine to Ron yesterday and he fixed it there on the spot. After showing my husband how to fix the problem should it happen again, he made sure my software was up to date. Then I was flabbergasted when he said "no charge ". Needless to say, I've found my new sewing shop. The 90+ miles are worth the drive when customer service is this wonderful.
Honest, knowledgeable and trust worthy. The people are very friendly and really go out of their way. The service is excellent. The kind of service and know how you won't get anywhere else. Would very highly recommend their store.
Knowledgeable,friendly and fair. Can't ask for more than that. Wonderful experience buying a new embroidery machine and I left feeling secure that Ron knows his craft and if I have any problems in the future I'll be well taken care of.
