My key broke inside the lock, and Tom was amazing! He was very professional and managed to remove the broken key quickly and carefully. He was patient, friendly, and clearly very experienced. I really appreciated his help and the great service. **Highly recommend Tom — definitely give him a call if you need a reliable locksmith!** 我的钥匙不小心断在锁芯里面了。
Been many times for help with watches, shoe care and key calibration. Always a pleasant experience
After getting a new key case for my Mazda 3 from here, the key broke within 2 weeks. When I returned for a refund given it was faulty, the assistant Jason said he would ring his boss, came back without ringing his boss and refused to give me a refund. Stay away from here, very poor quality car keys and terrible service.
Tom was a really lovely worker! Did everything he could to help me out, really nice guy! Would recommend !
