We visited Mister Minit to get some watch repairs and was served by Sulav. He was extremely generous with his time and provided exceptional customer service. As the watches were my son’s he did the work for no cost to my son. We would highly recommend Mister Minit to family and friends.

I've found the gentlemen at this Mr Minit to be very very accommodating, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help me, without them I would have been stuck ... I highly recommend them ..

Worst experience today at the Greenhills store. I went in for a simple car key casing replacement. I was quoted $89 and told to come back in 20min. When I returned more than 20min later the operator had not started, he told me to return at 12:45. When I returned at 12:47, the job still had not been started, so I asked for my key back, but he refused to give it to me and said it would only take 2min to fix. After two new blades had been cut and he had made several failed attempts to reassemble the key, I had lost all confiden... read more

Completely wastage of time and overpriced. Customer service was ridiculous before he told me that I can make key for you within 40 minutes and then did not notify anything I have to go to the shop again and again to ask after one hour but will took more than 3 hours and Did not get the job done. And charge me $80 for just the one simple car key without remote. Never recommend to anyone. Also in front of me he made two car keys with remote and change only @149……. Not fair with everyone
