I mean what do people expect it's a mechanical wash n dry. Two guys dry your car fast cause they have 25 others behind you,bottom line,you want it done right...do it yourself!!!
My car ended up scratched it was brand new straight out of the agency. Manager said they would buff out the scratchs. The machine they used did nothing.
