95 percent of the reviews are negative. Does the higher up even do anything about this? I just took my vehicles to Tommy's car wash for free and my car came out cleaner. Time to relocate. fix the problems you are having or lose all your customers....
I went there today and employees were so rude. The girl that was scanning my sticker for membership but didn't finish scanning and left me to go help another customer . Are you kidding me? I was there first so you finish the fist customer that is there before you go to the next customer. Its common sense out of respect but what can I expect from the poor management that runs that place. She let the other customer that was there after me go first so unacceptable.
How do I pay for a "car wash" that i still need to redo myself??? So frustrating!! Only reason I keep coming back is because there is no other place that i know of near home or work... the "dryer" touches my car just barely enough to smear the windows...i cancelled my membership before covid and only visit when I can't wash it myself. Seriously it's horrible and it upsets me when I'm offered the membership...and this goes for any location because of course I've tried many.
I signed up for unlimited car wash within firsts weeks it came out. I can’t believe the horrible new system with that giant roller to dry the car. Car is so wet and spots dry on all windows, doors and back. Looks just as dirty going out than when it went in. I cancelled 2 memberships today and the guy didn’t even ask me reason just put “not using”. terrible, sloppy fully automated no customer service.
Ive had my premium car wash membership for over a year now, and i used to love this place when they had the hand drying at the end. The new drying roller sucks and does nothing except smear the dirt of the vehicle in front of me onto my truck. Also my truck is covered in water spots leaving it look dirty. For $32 a month i should not have to hand dry myself in the parking lot. This was a poor decision on the company and I’m canceling my membership. Paying over $30 and I have to dry my own car I will be canceling my membership and joining the new car wash up the street
I have been coming to this place for years and I hate that now they don’t have people to dry to save money ... the rag thing they have at the end is horrible I lost my Kia emblem and still had to dry the sides !
Very disappointed came to wash my suburban and paid 20 and still had to dry my own truck. cant wait til other place up the street opens up.
