READ MY REVIEW!!!! If you want to get ripped off go to this place! My husband went once to get a car wash back in May, 2017. A week later we moved to hawaii, & did not notice all the charges being made to this place till this month. Mister Car Was has been charging our card every month since May! I opened an invitation to see how much they have actually stolen from us, as of May they have stolen 633.92 dollars out of our card! Ive been going there regularly over the past 5 years and have always received great service. If they make a mistake, they correct it immidiately AND give me a free wash. They are friendly, taking the time to explain their work. Highly recommended �
Terrible place!! I went to wash my car and I let the girl up front know I had after market wheels on my car and asked if they will be ok and she assured me they will be fine. If and hesitation on her part I would have said ok and left. But she did not. I spoke to their AD and he was no help and said their rails are 100% safe which they weren't. I've had my rims for a week and were still brand new up until this incident. Bad customer service and poor people skills on that so called area director. Never going back !!
They didn't flush my radiator correctly and my car overheated, blowing a gasket and ruining my engine. I went to them to resolve this and they said they are not liable for their work. WTF?! Don't do business here.
Guys at the Express Lube are awesome. Courteous and professional. I took my car for oil change, belt replacement and I'm a happy customer. They make sure I'm satisfied with the work before I leave. I can always call them with questions and they're very helpful.
The Mechanics and Manager of the Express Lube Garage are awesome!
Worst customer service ever. I have been coming here for a few years now and today I was treated like shit. Avoid this location
Love going to do my own change at the one on Montana by the Kmart Adam does an excellent job when I take my car to get my oil change Adam is the young man who does my oil changevery nice very respectable they are very courteous I also take my car to get was at the one on Montana there is a young man always very attentive always smiling him and the crew there are really super super nice I think is name is Ricky very wonderful young man works at the one on Hawkins by the mall at Cielo Vista
