Last three visits: 1. Drove through in my convertible got stuck in the middle for 10 minutes. 2. Drove through once, car not clean. Was told to drive through again, got home, car still not clean. 3. Today, May 3, drove through once, no soap sprayed. Told to drive back though, no soap sprayed again, mechanism caught on my windshield wiper, tore if off and scratched hood and roof paint.
