I agree, quality is dropping. Just drove through and three sets of brushes were not running. �
Got the unlimited car washes and they now have a fast-trac lane just for members which is awesome. All the workers there were quick and efficient. And the free vacuums are just a bonus. For someone like me who just needs a clean outside and I'll take care of the rest it's quite a deal. No wonder all the other car wash places closed down.
The prices went up and the service still sucks. Terrible at vacuuming the seats, they don't lift up the floor mats to vacuum underneath, and they don't wipe down the inside like they're supposed to....
Thanks for the piece of plastic with nails in it getting stuck in my brand new tire! WORST CAR WASH EVER. I highly suggest you don't go here.
If your car gets damaged thru their machine the management is horrible they will not call back or fix it and forget about a simple apology cause that ain't happening. 2 vehicles we have have been damaged cause of there fault but they pretty much told us it was our fault. Horrible horrble horrible place not worth a penny for sure.
you have to remind them to do your inside Windows thoroughly and not smudge them
Worst service ever! My truck sat out for 30 minutes before being touched. The passenger side is scratched and dried car wax all over the hood and windshield. Supervisor and manager said it was my fault! My truck is still dirty. Called corporate office and it will be awhile before they can deal with this!
Same as Four Season Car Wash. Not much did difference here at Mister. Not very good at Vacuuming seats and floor mats. Still has dust on dash and consoles are never cleaned. For $20 you would think you will a cleaner car. Takes forever to get in and out. Came during my lunch today just for the basic wash. Started at 1:10pm and didn't leave till 2pm. No lunch for me now. Very slow service. Wasn't even all that busy.
