Apparently you can’t have ANY dirt/mud on your vehicle to have it washed here. I had minimal mud splatter on the back fenders only and she told me they didn’t have time to power wash it off, even though it would’ve taken at most 30 seconds. Horrible customer service and rude employees
First time to ever go here in my brand new pick up and Heard scratching noises all through it. When I got home I had scratches everywhere. They told me it was very inconsistent and wasn’t their responsibility to fix. TERRIBLE, now I have to pay to get my entire pick up repainted for something a car wash did!!!!
Got the platinum wash. The tailgate was filthy with dirt smeared all over it! Never have a really clean car when I leave there (bugs, smudged Windows) but this was horrible! Last time there!
I always get in & out quickly even when the line is to the road
My truck was to dirty for them to wash. Just road dirt from the rain. Sent me to the other one on so.27th and they did it with no problem. And the lady was rude
I am making a new post. I give 1 Star. The inside was not clean. Didn’t vacuum at all. I asked 10 times for no wheel polish and it was dripping off the tires. I live on a county road so it looks as dirty after one mile on the road as it did when I went to get washed. The inside was not wiped down. I paid for the higher priced wash to have the dash treated and it was not. The windshield still had bugs on it. The pickup was not cleaned properly. I absolutely love Mister Car Wash on Buffalo Gap Rd. Always smiling & fun energy CSA's that pay attention to detail, great team in the tunnel who work extremely hard, and management team are Awesome! Great quality products. I love the way my 4Runner Shines! Way to go Mister Car Wash!!! ���
More than once we have gone and the cars still have bugs and bird poop on them still my wife and I both took our cars today she got the 7.00 wash and I got the 17.00 both cars still had bugs and poop and mud on them.
