I recently went through the a Mr. ******* near University ***************** Campus and the dryers at the end blew the trim piece on my sunroof and broke the piece off. When I confronted and submitted a claim with the company, they denied my claim stating that their equipment technically didnt touch my car when the part of my car came off and therefore are not responsible for fixing my car. the mister car wash on state road 50 in ******** ******* has a huge hole in the pavement as you exit the car wash and leaves your tires all muddy. it has been like this for over a month. unexceptable !!!

I have been a Mister Carwash Unlimited Customer for a couple of years. When I signed up, I choose the premium carwash for one vehicle and the standard wash for a second. I was okay with a lesser carwash for my second vehicle because the body had a special coating and I was told, All of our carwashes have underbody wash. So over two years I would wash my car and wonder why the underbody wash light wasnt coming on. Several times I would ask and was told repeatedly that there was an underbody wash.
