Review: ★☆☆☆☆ I was an Unlimited Wash member at Mister Car Wash, but my experience has been awful. After going through the wash, my windshield cracked. I went back twice to report it, but received no real response and they refused to take responsibility or cover the damage. It’s extremely frustrating that a company I was loyal to as a member won’t stand behind their service. They could have at least given me a call back. But nothing. I will be canceling my membership and will not be returning.
Horrible car wash tunnel! Bought the titanium package and looked like the basic wash. Tunnel needs help!
Pulling in with my F-250 truck Zackery was a major help. He helped me remove my items from my trunk bed and was kind from start to finish. After a long day he made the day feel shorter.
