Super weird and bad experience. The customer service person here on 280 location was extremely rude to me today. Not sure why but she seemed very put out by the fact I was paying with a gift card (given to me by daughter for Christmas b/c she knows how often i get my car washed) The card apparently only had $29 left on it. I tried to pay the extra dollar with my credit card but it would not go through for some reason. I then tried to pay in cash-$5-and she starting raising her voice and saying, no cash, no cash. RecommendedI've been a customer for years. When they miss a spot let them know and they rectify it instantly. I have the unlimited for my wife and myself and we love it. Sometimes they can be a little rushed with your car and may miss a spot inside or out. However I know from a horrible experience, that they aim to please!
They always do a great job. Fast and professional.
