This place really SUCKS now, Was so much better when it was car wash barn, I use to go 3 times a week, with 2 different cars.
Haven't used since switched owners. Paid for the $34 platinum service and didn't get what was advertised. I will not be taking my vehicles anymore. Poor job.
Nothing like car wash barn. So disappointed in quality.
They did ok! But I paid for full service and I don't think it's worth 34.00. First they only washed my side windows not the back and front. And then I had to ask them to finish cleaning the bugs off the front of my car. The staff was very nice. But car wash barn would use the polisher on the whole outside. So I don't think I will use that service again. I will do it myself.
I have a $100 gift certificate to The Car Wash Barn that is no longer valid. It would've been nice to have an advance notice or grace period before losing that money.
Car Wash Barn was heaven. Mister Car Wash is 180 degrees from that. Took a chance on the express detail, which includes the diamond-value car wash. Looked no different than the basic car wash. Express detail? Yes, just as the name describes...completed within 15 minutes. I had to further detail it at home. If you want a really good wash and dry, and vacuum while you sit and wait, and don't mind paying $20, it's great. If you want to just get an outside wash, and vacuum yourself, for $8 it gets your car really clean. I think it's the best around, and I don't mind driving a little to get there.
Went in to get a full service wash and was told they were too busy for that. So I opted for the cheap wash and that will be the last time I go. Too bad since I always tip good too.
I never leave bad reviews, but I did not have a good experience AT ALL. The staff was very kind. However, I paid for a full service wash and don't feel like it was clean at all. I had to ask the young man to wipe down parts of my car before I got in because it clearly hadn't been touched. After that, I had to go to the self-service vacuum cleaners and finish vacuuming. I felt rude asking them to redo the job. Lots of things were missed and still dirty.
