RecommendedThank you to the nice young man who helped fix a problem with my membership today. I was not happy that my information was never entered in the system. That was not his fault. But he fixed it and was a gentleman when I was not a lady. You have a great crew. Treat them well. I did not and I regret that.

Have monthly pass and love this place. However one of the rules is no load music and today during my daily car clean out at the vacuums a car next to me was playing their very loud music idk some kind of non English rap. It was right next to the employee that stands at the gate and the employee said nothing. Now if I'm allowed to blast "if your happy and you know it or wheels on the bus" for my kids when cleaning the car then that person shouldn't blast their music either and your employees should be comfortable enforcing th... read more
My husband lost his wallet there today and the staff went above and beyond to help us find it. He had thrown it away and the staff searched the dumpster and found it and called us to let us know! What a relief and what a helpful group of people!!!

This place has really gone downhill with new ownership. Rude employees that want to argue with what you paid for. I know it’s only $3 but don’t argue with me that I did not purchase the bug spray crap. It’s on the damn receipt. I will never come back. I’ll give Aladdin car wash a try next time.
I think one of your lanes needs to be designated to people who have the monthly quick pass. What’s the point and the advantage in having a “quick” pass if you have to sit in the same LONG line as the patrons choosing not to support you monthly and paying once at the machine and taking their time in doing so. Seriously. More than once the long lines have deterred me from going through (& maybe that’s your hope) but it’s also made me consider cancelling mine and my husband’s monthly quick pass (more than once). I have been a club member for 3 months and I think the car wash is good for in between hand wash jobs. I however am about to go out of town tomorrow for Christmas vacation and drove up to get a wash and vacuum and to my surprise they have closed up shop and went home early the Friday before Christmas at 6:00 pm 6 customers are turning around at your locked gate! This is ridiculous!
