RecommendedEveryone is always extremely nice and very helpful. Temple tx should do a haunted car wash. I believe would bring in alot of customers with covid and what not would be fun for the kiddos/adults.
i do not recommend them. their machine cracked my windshield right down the middle! and i filed a incident report with the manager and only to be told a week later that they were not gonna cover or pay for damages!!! because “we didnt see a crack on camera when you came out” yea the camera cant see it when its at a angle you have to look directly at it! and im very angry at the customer service because no one is answering the phones!!!! i want my membership cancelled now! and anyone else with a membership i suggest taking yo... read more
I’ve been taking my vehicle to Mr. Carwash for years now. I have their $59.99 month membership for my Lexus GS 350 and they scratch my vehicle very bad, I brought it up to their attention and they said they would look at the videos to determine if the damage was there from before. I came back 4 days later because they never called me back, I spoke to “the manager” and he said that the videos were “inconclusive” so they wouldn’t pay to fix it. management needs better training. i miss the car wash barn never any issues. the management was always ready to assist with issues.
Lazy and not so courteous staff. There’s always someone standing at the one operational gate, hovering as if they’re supposed to do something, but all they do is make you feel weird. Person in the tunnel never pre-washes like they’re suppose to do. Less than ok wash. Vacuum cleaners don’t suck... Been a fast pass customer since it opened as the Car Wash Barn. Taking my business to Today’s Carwash in Belton.
We frequent the Fort Hood and Killeen Mister Car Wash (have monthly membership on another car).., decide to stop in to the Temple one to wash our Honda CRV. New pricing and new chemicals means you no longer opt for the big treatment. Went through wash and still had lots of bugs. They offered to let us run thru again. We did and now I have a blue mark and a scratch on my hood. Not at all happy. Should have gone back but didn't discover the hood until we were gone. Will not be back
Great place but do y’all not use the pressure sprayer anymore for the big wash?
When I pay extra for bug prep I expect to get the full bug prep. At least there are new car wash facilities opening up.
Love this place! My car did not get as clean as I wanted and they scrubbed it by hand for me for me. Then they let me go through the wash again! Shout out to Natalie and the other gentleman who helped get my car pretty. Thank you so much!
